Need to Make a Return?

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of delivery. For large or oversized items shipped via freight (such as sofas), damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery to qualify for a return or replacement.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at sazadesign@gmail.com or message us through your order confirmation. Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll provide further instructions and return options.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be in unused condition with all original accessories and inserts.
  • Must be returned in original packaging.
  • Items delivered disassembled must be returned disassembled.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made items (e.g., personalized sofas)
  • Items marked "non-returnable" on the product page
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping Fees

If your return is not due to damage, defects, or wrong item, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
We can provide a return shipping label, and its cost will also be deducted from your refund amount.

If you'd prefer, you may use your own courier—please ensure the item is insured and trackable.


Returns for Damaged/Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Report the issue within 5 days for freight items (like sofas), or within 30 days for small items.
  • Submit photos of the damage and retain original packaging.
  • We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • If this is unavailable, we can issue store credit.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production may already begin. If cancellation is not possible, you may still return the item once it’s delivered, subject to our standard return policy and return shipping cost.


Missing Deliveries

If you didn’t receive your item, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
Note: We are not liable for items marked as delivered by the courier but were lost or stolen afterward. Please monitor your tracking details closely.
