• Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours, as production may have already started.
• Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud.

3. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time is 30 days.
• Delivery is completed within an additional 30 days after production.
• Delivery dates may vary depending on location, holidays, or logistical issues.
• We are not liable for delays due to acts of nature or courier issues.

4. Product Descriptions & Colors

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However:

• Product colors may vary due to screen settings or lighting.
• All sizes are approximate and may have slight variations due to manufacturing processes.

5. Return & Refund Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items.
• Damaged items shipped via freight (e.g., sofas) must be reported within 5 days.
• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
